The Super Alert Service offers many extra features, notably the ability to send out Lost Pet Alerts and create Professional, eye catching Posters.
To see all of the extra features go to "Product Information" under the Information menu.
The alert will go out to our Registered Partners (eg Dog Wardens, Animal Shelters and Vets) and Members (pet owners and Pet Alert Squad members) in the area close to where the pet is lost. How many entirely depends on the number registered in the area where your pet is Lost.
It is therefore a good idea to encourage your friends and neighbours to sign up as members of the Pet Alert Squad (at no cost) so they will be immediately involved.
You should purchase a separate tag for each collar and register each one under "My Pet" linking each one to the appropriate Pet.
There is no limit to the number of tags that can be assigned to each pet.
There are no limits to how many Pets you may register but remember that each one will need a separate subscription to the "SUPER ALERT SERVICE".
You may select not to receive any information from other companies, regardless how beneficial this may be, by ticking the appropriate box in "Owner Preferences" found under the "My Pet" Menu.
Not at the moment but it is under consideration.
If applied correctly the tag adheres to itself forming a protective barrier that keeps out water and dirt and keeps the Tag number readable.
It has been tested by pets throughout the country in fresh and sea water as well as on beaches and in the countryside without any problems
the tag material and adhesive has been selected for it's strength and durability
This should never happen as no two Alert4Pets Tags have the same number.
If you have any problems with tag numbers then write to us at mail@alert4pets.com
The Alert4Pets services, both Standard Service and SUPER ALERT SERVICE, work separately and differently to the microchip, although both have the same ultimate objective in reuniting Lost Pets with their Owners.
We recommend the use of micro-chipping
No, you will be asked just before renewal date to renew your subscription(s). This is to reflect any change in circumstances since the previous payment.
If this is inconvenient then we recommend taking out a life policy for each pet
Yes if you have subscribed to the SUPER ALERT SERVICE, as this is one of its features
