Alert4 Ltd take Quality Control very seriously.
From time to time, from the many thousands of tags that are produced, occassionally one or two slip through our checks where the Tag Number or the Activation Key is blurred and unreadable. If you are affected by this problem you can take one of two actions.
If the number that is on the tag is difficult or impossible to read then we will replace this tag immediately by sending you a new one by post.
Please email to qc@alert4pets.com with "Replacement Tag" in the subject line, providing the following information:
1. Your user name (if registered on our website)
2. Your name and address (if not already registered)
3. As much of the tag number as can be read (this will be in 3 blocks of 3 digits)
4. As much of the Activation Key as can be read (this is a 5 Letter set)
Once you have received the replacement, please destroy the damaged tag as we will have deactivated it.
If the number is clearly vsisible on the tag but the Activation Code is completely or partially illegible, then we can help you activate your tag.
Please email to qc@alert4pets.com with "Activation Key" in the subject line, providing the following details:
1. The 9 digit Tag Number
2. As many of the 5 letters of the Activation Key as you can read.
We will send you an email advising you of the full Activation Key for you to Register and Activate your tag. Once Activated the Activation Key is no longer required.
